Role of the Global Chief Editor and Honorary Chief Editor

The present manuscript collection is international in origin and interdisciplinary in scope. It therefore requires editorial leadership that is academically rigorous, strategically coherent, and intellectually inclusive. In that framework, the roles of the Global Chief Editor and the Honorary Chief Editor are complementary. One provides executive academic leadership and final editorial direction; the other contributes high-level scholarly guidance, prestige, and thematic support.

1. Role of the Global Chief Editor (Professor Roberto

• Strategic Editorial Leadership. The Global Chief Editor defines the scholarly direction of the collection,
• establishes the editorial vision, and ensures that the issue or volume reflects a coherent academic identity rather than a mere aggregation of unrelated papers. 
• Final Authority on Academic Quality. He oversees the overall standard of the manuscripts, ensuring that submissions meet expectations in originality, structure, scientific clarity, relevance, and professional presentation.
• Coordination of Editorial Processes. He coordinates the editorial workflow from manuscript reception and preliminary screening to review organization, revision guidance, and final approval for publication.
• Thematic Integration. Because the collection includes manuscripts from artificial intelligence, psychology, digital health, and engineering, the Global Chief Editor ensures that these contributions are organized in a way that produces meaningful intellectual continuity.
• Ethics, Integrity, and Scholarly Responsibility. He safeguards standards related to academic integrity, fair editorial judgment, responsible authorship, and consistency with the mission of the publication.
